[Marshall CODE 25] USB connection to Centos, device is mono

Hi,
when I connect CODE 25 to Centos 9 I get a mono device, qjackctl shows the amp as  "CODE mono - capture_mono";
when I connect to Windows I get a stereo device (as expected).

Is there a way to make it work as a stereo device ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I would like to use the centos laptop as a DAW. I have Audacity installed on it to record tracks from the amp.
A windows laptop and Audacity works perfectly, it recognizes the amp as a stereo device.

Thanks

Hi Nadir,

You may need to contact Centos for help with the systems if it is not connecting and showing as stereo.

Can you please confirm that the CODE's internal USB audio interface input channel is mono ?

Thanks
